Terms & Conditions

A Legal Disclaimer

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to any individual (“Customer”) who avails or intends to avail visa services provided by Visa Company. By instructing Visa Company to proceed with visa services on your behalf, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with the User Agreement and Privacy Policy of Visa Company.

Scope of Services and Process

  • Visa Company is not responsible for approval or rejection of any visa application. This decision solely lies with the respective Embassy/High Commission.

  • Visa Company will provide:

    • Updated checklists and requirements as per information available from respective Embassies.

    • Estimated visa processing timelines on a best-effort basis.

  • Visa requirements (documents, fees, eligibility, timeframes) may vary based on the applicant’s details (e.g., nationality, profession, religion) and may change without prior notice.

​

  • Visa Company does not verify or validate document authenticity or provide advice regarding visa approvals.

​

  • Visa Company or its appointed third-party vendors may facilitate the application process but do not act as visa advisors.

​

  • The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and genuineness of the documents and information submitted.

Documentation and Application

  • Customers must submit complete documents as per the checklist provided.
     

  • Visa Company will only verify the presence, not the content of the submitted documents.
     

  • Once the application is submitted, the respective Embassy/High Commission may call the Customer for an in-person interview at their discretion.
     

  • Visa Company will inform the Customer of any communication from the Embassy regarding appointments, but has no control over the process.

Special Note – UAE Visa / OK to Board

  • "OK to Board" clearance may be mandatory. Granting or denial is at the discretion of the concerned airline or authority.
     

  • Customers must provide valid contact details and submit air tickets within 12 hours of the OK to Board request notification.

Service Fees

  • The Service Fee is payable upon confirmation of services and is in addition to visa fees, embassy charges, and other applicable costs.

  • Charges for logistics, document pickup, and courier are billed separately.

​

  • Visa fees and embassy charges are subject to change at any time by the respective authorities. Customers must bear any increased costs even after initial payment.

  • If a revised fee is introduced after advance payment, the Customer is liable to pay the differential to proceed with the application.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Once a Booking ID is generated, Visa Company's Service Fee is non-refundable.

​

  • Visa fee may be refundable only before the application is submitted to the Embassy/High Commission.

​

  • After submission, the visa fee becomes non-refundable, as per Embassy policy.

Limitation of Liability

  • VisaCompany is a facilitator only and not liable for the grant, denial, or delay of visa applications.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying that:

​

  • All visas and personal details are accurate.

​

  • The visa corresponds with the travel itinerary.

​

  • Discrepancies must be reported within 12 hours of receiving the visa.

​

  • Entry to a country remains at the sole discretion of immigration authorities, even with a valid visa.

​

  • Visa Company is not liable for:

  • Rejections,

  • Missed flights,

  • Financial loss,

  • Force majeure events (e.g., strikes, war, natural disasters).

  • If the Customer chooses to reapply or appeal, it will be treated as a new application and will incur additional charges.

Passport Handling

  • All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India. Visa Company disclaims any liability or warranty under the laws of any jurisdiction outside India.

Modifications

  • For visa applications requiring original passports, Visa Company takes utmost care in handling and delivering passports but is not liable for loss or damage in transit.

  • Visa Company reserves the right to modify these Terms, including service fees and processes, at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
