Applicability of the Terms and Conditions
Any individual or entity (“the Customer”) who intends to use or uses the visa services provided by Visa Company (“the Company”) shall be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
By engaging the company to provide visa-related services on your behalf, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in their entirety. These Terms shall be read in conjunction with Visa Company’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form an integral part of this agreement.
Scope of Services and Procedure
The customer acknowledges and agrees that the approval or rejection of a visa application is at the sole discretion of the concerned Embassy, High Commission, or relevant government authority. Visa Company does not assess, influence, or process visa applications. The scope of services provided by Visa Company is limited to facilitating the visa application process as detailed below.

Information Provision
Visa Company will provide customers with information necessary for the visa application process, including requirements and average processing times, as provided by the respective Embassy or High Commission. This information is provided on a "best effort" basis, relying on Visa Company’s experience in providing such services. Visa requirements and information are subject to change, and VisaCompany does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. -
Visa Application Requirements
Requirements for visa applications, including documentation, fees, and processing timelines, are based on general criteria and may vary depending on factors such as the customer’s nationality, residence, gender, age, profession, travel history, and other personal details. ViSA Company shall not be liable for any additional or differing requirements imposed by the concerned Embassy or High Commission. -
Passport and Visa Requirements
Each country has specific passport and visa requirements, such as minimum blank pages or validity periods. These requirements are determined by sovereign nations and may change without notice. While ViSA Company strives to provide accurate and updated information, it cannot guarantee the completeness or correctness of such information and shall not be held responsible for any inaccuracies. -
Document Checklist and Submission
ViSA Company provides customers with a checklist of documents required for visa applications, as prescribed by the respective country or based on the best available information. ViSA Company may cross-check the presence of documents against the checklist but does not review the contents or merits of the documents. ViSA Company does not provide visa advisory services and will not assess the likelihood of visa approval or rejection. -
Third-Party Services
ViSA Company may provide its services directly or through third-party vendors. These vendors are responsible for applying for visas on behalf of customers for the respective countries they are appointed for. -
Customer Responsibilities

Customers must promptly provide all required documents as per the checklist.

Customers warrant that all documents and information provided are genuine, accurate, and complete. ViSA Company does not verify the authenticity of documents or information.

Customers must provide necessary and correct information, including but not limited to name, address, travel destination, and other details required for visa processing.

Visa Application Submission
Once the customer provides the necessary information and documents, ViSA Company will submit the visa application and applicable fees to the concerned Embassy or High Commission. The customer acknowledges that they may be required to attend a face-to-face interview at the sole discretion of the Embassy or High Commission. ViSA Company will inform the customer of any such requirements as communicated by the relevant authority.
For UAE Visa: OK TO BOARD
Customers understand that the grant or rejection of "OK TO BOARD" status is at the sole discretion of the concerned airline or authority. Customers must provide valid contact details (mobile number/email) for updates on their visa or OK TO BOARD status. Air tickets must be submitted within 12 hours of receiving an email regarding the OK TO BOARD requirement.
Service Fee

Customers agree to pay ViSA Company a service fee for facilitating the visa application process. This fee is in addition to visa fees, embassy charges, and other applicable taxes or fees.

Additional charges, such as logistics, document pickup, or courier services, may apply and will be communicated to the Customer.

Visa fees and embassy charges are subject to change without prior notice. ViSA Company is not liable for any changes imposed by Embassies or government authorities. If visa fees are revised after payment, the Customer is responsible for paying the differential amount.
Cancellation Fees/Charges

Once a Booking ID is generated, the service fee is non-refundable.

Visa fees may be refundable only until the application is submitted to the Embassy or High Commission. After submission, visa fees are non-refundable as per the guidelines of the concerned authority.
Limitation of Liability

ViSA Company acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for the grant or rejection of visas. The decision to issue a visa rests solely with the concerned Embassy or High Commission.

Customers must verify the accuracy of their visa details upon receipt. Any errors must be reported to ViSA Company within 12 hours of visa approval.

ViSA Company is not liable for financial losses, delays, or denials of entry by immigration authorities.

Customers are advised to secure their visa well in advance of their travel date. ViSA Company is not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

For reapplying or appealing a rejected visa, Customers must provide explicit instructions and pay applicable fees.
Passport Handling
ViSA Company takes necessary precautions to ensure the safe delivery of passports. However, the Customer agrees that ViSA Company shall not be liable for passports lost in transit or misplaced.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
ViSA Company reserves the right to modify these terms, conditions, and notices at any time. Customers are responsible for regularly reviewing the updated terms.
Jurisdiction
ViSA Company operates under the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
